I am Elizabeth Grote, a licensed marriage and family therapist in the state of Hawaii. I am currently accepting new patients and offer telehealth sessions and in-person sessions on the island of Oahu.
I created my practice because I believe that the therapeutic relationship has the power to heal. I believe we all possess the capacity for healing and for growth and we deserve to feel supported in our journeys of self-understanding and increased wellness.
My approach to therapy is collaborative, empowering, and expressive. Using a combination of therapeutic techniques, I work together with you to process experiences and to identify, not only the individual struggles you may face, but also the patterns and deeper roots of current problems.
I am committed to providing a safe and constructive environment in which to work through experiences and emotions, and to support you in the growth and development of deeper insight and more skillful navigation of your life experiences.
